1. Introduction

Welcome to LootQuest, a mobile RPG game developed by Virtualcoma UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LootQuest ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. User Accounts

No user accounts are required to play the Game. Account creation and management are handled by Unity, and we do not collect or store any user data during this process.

5. Data Collection

We collect GPS data from players to display the world map. This data is not saved. No other user data is collected or stored by us. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. User Conduct

Players are expected to follow these rules:

No cheating or exploiting the Game.
No abusive behavior or harassment of other players.
Usernames must not contain profanity.

Any violation of these rules may result in a ban from the Game.

7. Content and Communication

The Game includes a chat feature. Players must not share inappropriate content or violate intellectual property rights within the chat. There is no user-generated content in the Game.

8. Purchases and Refunds

The Game offers in-app purchases which can be bought with real currency or in-game currency. Refunds for digital goods are available upon request, and the goods will no longer be accessible after the refund.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use GPS location data only for displaying the world map. No data is saved. We comply with GDPR and ensure that any data processing aligns with applicable privacy laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users and the Company will be handled according to typical processes for German companies and laws. No arbitration is required.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim any warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under German law.

12. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes. Users can request account termination by sending an email to account@playlootquest.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with German law.
